Semi-furnished, spacious double room for rent

Hi! I have a large double room up for rent in Horfield. The house is very close to Gloucester Road (5 minute cycle) and not much further from the city centre (10 minutes). The room is semi-furnished, there's a bed, chest of drawers, TV point (and TV if you need) and if required I can provide a clothes rail.

I am 27 years old and I am currently studying full time for a politics degree. Although being a student I am a mature one so although I like a drink the days of non stop partying are staying dormant.

I have a 9 month old puppy called Indy, shes an Old Tyme cross English Bulldog. She loves all people and is incredibly friendly. This house comes with it's own dog!

You will have your own bathroom which I am currently in the process of refurbishing.

There's plenty of on street parking, a garden and super fast broadband as well as a shared lounge.

I'm looking for a house mate who is a chilled working professional that likes dogs.
