Spacious and comfortable room in homely Horfield h

I am regrettably leaving this five person house share and am seeking someone to take my room. This house is on a very quiet road in Horfield just off of Gloucester Road.

The room is really big, with large windows making it benefit from a lot of natural light and keeping it warm throughout most of the year as it is at the front of the house and gets a lot of sun. It is fully furnished, with a double bed, bedside tables, bookcase, wardrobe, sofa, desk and sofa.

The house is very homely, having been previously the family home of the current landlord. There is a nice lounge, large kitchen/dining room and a lovely garden which is a perfect for the summer. Kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine.

The location of the house is ideal, being close to Gloucester Road with many cafes/bars/shops and being a 5 minute walk from a Lidl and Aldi.

The current housemates are Charlotte, Jacob, Mathieu and Sarah, with Jacob and Mathieu also planning to move on from the house as well at some point. We all really get along with each other so the house mate that is sought to replace me needs to be someone that can continue to be part of the friendly atmosphere in the house. This means someone that wants to be in a house share where they share good times and get to know their housemates but also someone who is respectful of personal space and will do their share of house cleaning/maintenance.

The rent for the room is £450 per month with bills coming to around £80 (subject to change throughout the year). Couples would be considered but the rent for the room would go up and bills would have to be split by a further person.

I am looking to move ASAP so if the place sounds good drop me a message and we can arrange a visit. The best times for visiting would be around 7pm during the week.
