Hello,

If you are looking for a relaxed, homely environment on a Monday-Friday basis with a fantastic location and transport links then this is the place for you! This includes good access to street parking. (Usually available on the same street or within a 5 min walk)


I am Carla, a 30 year old child care professional with 2 stepchildren who visit at alternate weekends. I am 100% happy to chill out with company or independently and am looking for a housemate of a similar nature. I am currently taking some leave from work and will be returning in September so will be around the house and garden quite regularly. I enjoy a quiet but social lifestyle in the evenings, taking into account the families around us but still enjoying the company of friends.

This property is a first floor flat with access to a large shared garden with the family who lives downstairs (also my friends) the feeling is very welcoming. The garden is sunny year round and warm when the weather is :D

We have a large bright, living room space and kitchen and a small bathroom with shower over bath. I am currently renovating the bathroom, it is in a usable condition however some care is needed while I work on the grout and sealant.

The bedroom you will be staying in is a single sized room containing a triple bunk (double on bottom, single on top).The space is very compact but offers you the option of having a friend over to stay or alternatively using the top bunk as a form of sofa space with supportive cushions if you have the need of your own space for relaxation. The room has under bed storage, a tall boy chest of drawers, hanging space on the walls and hanging space outside of the room for coats or other bulky objects that you would like to keep outside. There is shoe storage in the hallway. It is light and airy, has a small laundry basket, bin and guest towel so you will not have to travel with one. You will be welcome to leave items here over the weekends when the children are visiting as there is further storage where your belongings can be kept safely and privately out of the way :)

My partner, a Musician and handyman will occasionally stay over night during the week when he needs to work in Bristol on Music or one of his many part time job! He is also a very friendly and welcoming person and easy to be around.
