We have a large double bedroom available in a professional household just off of Gloucester Road.

The room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe and drawers.

There is a communal kitchen/living area with Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Oven, Microwave and ample worktop space. There are two bathrooms with showers between the five housemates.

The house has five bedrooms in total and currently four are occupied. All of the housemates work full time and are very considerate and socialise together.

There is a large rear sunny garden with a massive bike shed. There are easy bus routes into to the city and great access to Southmead Hospital, Filton and the large employers in North Bristol.

Free parking is available directly outside the house however, if possible, we would prefer housemates to use public transport, walk or cycle.

Bills are not included. Each housemate pays £150 per month into an account to cover the bills. Any surplus in the account is shared equally amongst the housemates when someone moves out or sooner if the surplus gets over £100 each. The account covers Council Tax (Band C), Gas, Electric, Water, Broadband and a Cleaner who cleans the communal areas and bathrooms each week (not individual bedrooms).
