We are looking for a full time professional housemate with past renting experience to join our household.
We have an unfurnished double bedroom with an ensuite shower/toilet becoming available from 8th November.
Our house is situated in a very convenient location, good travel connections between here and town and North Bristol. We also have multiple shops around the corner and five minutes up the road on the bus there is Asda Superstore and Sainsbury's Superstore. If you prefer to cycle, we have a secure location for your bicycle, and you'd be in good company with two other housemates who cycle. If you drive, we have 2 allocated parking spots directly in front of our house.
The rent is £430.00 per calendar month.
Our landlord will require both a previous renting reference and a credit check, no pets and no CCJs per the landlords request.
The most up to date monthly outgoings for bills are £114.50 each. So rent + bills all together = £545.00
