Double Bedroom, Own Bathroom and Only One Flatmate

The living room

I recently bought my two bedroom flat and so I now have a room available to fill. It's located a 15 minute walk from Abbey Wood train station, 20 minutes to Asda and about a 50 minute walk to the Bear Pit in the city centre. Tesco Express 2 minutes away and so is the closest bus stop into the centre.

The room available is the green one from the pictures. It's a double with a large ceiling-to-floor fitted wardrobe, including rail and shelf. There is a double bed in the room which fits wall-to-wall so probably not for you if you like hanging your feet off the end of the bed. Also have a 39" TV in there ready for you to log in to whatever streaming app you prefer.

In the living room there are balcony doors (I'm on the first floor) and an extra sofa facing out to them. Hoping it'll be a nice hangout in summer. For now though, I basically spend all of my time out here. I'm currently working from home at the desk pictured and otherwise have a 70" TV and new sofas all in the room so lockdown hasn't been too hard.

The kitchen is open plan so just off the living room. Washing machine, oven, microwave, most of the usual.

Finally, the property has two bathrooms so you'll basically have your own one. Though technically isn't en-suite I never use it so it's all yours.

- The bathroom pictured is the one I don't use.
- The blue bedroom is my bedroom, picture just to show you I'm pretty tidy and sometimes make my bed.

Not sure what else to say... I'm quite quiet to the most part but when things open back up I'd like to get out a bit more, make up for lost time I guess. Have a passion for basketball, video games and comic books and usually end up with far to much lined up to play, read and watch.

Power, internet, water, council tax included.
