Short-term let in lovely house with a dog!

I have a spare room in my house and I am looking for short-term, friendly, considerate lodgers.

The house is very modern and I keep it clean and tidy. The house comes with one very cute rescue dog so if you don't absolutely adore dogs, it might not be for you.

The house has 3 bedrooms and the third bedroom has the occasional Airbnb guest but the house is mostly shared with just the 2 of us.

I'm looking for someone who mostly goes out for work and does not work from home every day. My previous housemate worked a couple of days at home which worked fine.

A bit about me: I am an active and sociable person, I'm a big fan of live music and go to lots of gigs, I go indoor climbing, I love to cook but I also love sharing a take away and a bottle of wine, I keep fit, recently started diving, I go for lots of walks and I'm looking for someone like minded who is up for having a laugh.
