Room in Horfield with young professionals

Room 1

Two Double room in Horfield with 4 other housemates, Sam, Alice, and Billy (two rooms available from July) Looking for someone nice to join us. Two girls are leaving, so we'd like at least one to keep the gender balance even ish :)

I'm a youth worker, Alice works in the hospital, and Billy is a carpenter. Want someone friendly, clean and chill :)

Room one has a double bed, and is really big! It's on the ground floor. Comes with a big monstera if you're happy to have it as there isn't room in my room (can be moved away though if you want). It faces the road.

The other room has a double bed, but as you can see is a little smaller than the other, as reflected in the price. It faces the road. Waiting for the current housemate to send me some photos of the inside, but will be uploaded shortly.

We're a pretty social house, and quite often eat and chill out together, but also spend time in our rooms so it isn't a deal breaker either way, as long as you'd be happy to have a chat we aren't too bothered. Most of us go out on the weekend, and occasionally in the week but not too much cause of work, and sometimes (most of the time) stay up fairly late on the weekends - you'd be more than welcome to join if you want!

We're all clean and tidy, and really want our new housemate to be so to! Please no leaving washing up for days on end!

It's on Gloucester road with easy buses into town.

There's a decent size living room and kitchen, two bathrooms. Fairly big garden out the back.

All bills are included in your rent with a six month minimum, you're only renting your room itself off of the landlord so don't need to worry about the rest of us not paying etc.
