Small double on Horfield/Filton border - Mon-Fri

This is a Monday-Friday let (or can be Sunday-Thursday instead).

I have a spare room available to rent during the week in a newly refurbished house off Filton Avenue, between Horfield and Filton. The house is in a lovely quiet area and has great links into the city centre, with a regular bus route a 2 minute walk away. It is also a 20 minute walk to Southmead Hospital, and is near lots of north Bristol organisations like MoD, Airbus, UWE etc. It's a 2 bedroom house with a shared living room and kitchen, and there is a bathroom and an extra toilet downstairs.

I am looking for ideally a female to rent the room and would like someone who is tidy and respectful of the space, as well as friendly and easy to live with. I am a secondary school teacher so have a relatively busy life and am often out and about, but I also enjoy a relaxed evening in. It would be great to share with someone who was happy to share a cuppa together every now and then in the evening :)
