Small Double Room available for next academic year

Hello , we are a group of 3 girls, studying at UWE going into third year . We are currently looking for a 4th person, we already have the house secured just Looking to fill the extra room .

The house is less than a 5 minute walk from Tescos , as for transport links it’s a 30 minute bus into town and a 35 minute walk to UWE Frenchay with a direct bus to Bower Ashton.

The house is light with big windows, a spacious garden, living room and bright kitchen area The room itself is a small double with a desk and built in storage. The rent is £550 for the smaller room , bills not included - you won’t have to pay the holding deposit as it’s already been paid for (however you will still have to pay the security deposit which is £663).

We are social but also enjoy our own space, we are looking for someone who matches our energy . This isn’t a party house but we do enjoy going out to events, we also enjoy cooking and other artsy stuff with chill nights in . We’re all very clean and tidy people . We’re ideally looking for a female or non-binary person.
