3 bedroom house in horfield with spare single room

Hello! We're looking for a new housemate to move into our spare room in a 3-bed house in Horfield from the middle of may onwards. It's ideal for UWE students as it's about a 30 minute walk, if you fancy a stroll, or a 15 minute bus ride away. All within a 5 minute walk or less, are supermarkets, pharmacies, and takeaways. The bus stop that takes you directly into the centre is just round the corner so you never have to rush.

If you do have a car, there are two parking spaces for the house, one out front and one round the back in front of the garage door. We also have a washing machine and tumble dryer that we keep downstairs.

There are a lot of parks nearby like stoke park estate, and it's a nice residential area so can rely on it being a lot quieter at night compared to the city centre and along Gloucester road. We're a peaceful, quiet household ideally looking for a female student to move in as were both female students too.

The rent is £650 a month, not including bills.
