The house has been recently been decorated and is well maintained by a responsible and friendly landlord.

Area:
There is a great pub called 'The Lazy Dog' just down the road that serves great food, cider and beer in a lovely atmosphere, it's famous for it's Sunday roasts. The thriving Gloucester road is 5 mins walk away with it's mix of great cafes, restaurants and bars and there's a lovely 10 minute walk through allotments that takes you to the St Werburghs City farm and pub.

Transport:
The bus stop just outside will transport you quickly to Bristol city center.

Housemates:
The preference is for candidates who are respectful, considerate and observe regular hours. You will be sharing the house with 2 guys and 1 girl, all professionals in their mid-twenties.
The rooms is suitable for single occupancy, not couples I am afraid.

The contract for the house is for a minimum of 6 months. 1 month deposit and £50 admin fee are required.
