We are within easy reach of Bristol Parkway rail station and the main motorway links M4, M5 M32.
The room is warm and comfortably furnished.
Situated on the top floor, you can enjoy use of the spacious landing and balcony with views over Bristol. You are assured of privacy and quiet as other bedrooms on this floor are seldom used during the week.
Full use is offered of a large, well equipped kitchen and conservatory dining area plus all amenities, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave/ cooking facilities etc.
High speed WIFI
Room cleaning , provision and launder of sheets and towels are included in the monthly rental.
Our home is a modern 3 storey town house in a quiet housing development within walking distance of Southmead hospital.
Local amenities near by include a major Sports and Leisure centre and plenty of cafes, shops and bars in Gloucester Rd.
Free parking is available close to the house and bike racks are available for secure locking in the communal space at the front.
Our midweek household consists of myself and my husband, who works in the financial sector
