A single room is looking for a tidy, professional man to join this four-bed semi-detached home with three housemates (1 man and 2 women in their mid 20's).

Whilst I am managing the process, I like the viewings and the final choice for any new people to be made by the people already living in the house. After all, it is their home and it makes my life easier and more pleasant too! ;-).

So, we are looking for a man (to maintain the gender balance) who will fit into the chilled, friendly and sociable nature of the current household.

Bills are excluded. Currently, they total £115 for each person and are managed by me. Total each month is currently £435 though this will vary over time.
