The house is in a great location, around the corner from Tinto lounge, a greengrocers, GP, butcher, barbers, Horfield Common... to name just a few! Also well connected with frequent buses towards Southmead hospital/ UWE/ MOD/ Rolls Royce/ Airbus to the north, and city centre to the south.

About housemates: Cyril is 22 and an Engineering Masters Student, returning to Belgium this summer. I am Jon, 36, living in Manchester until August and working as an eye doctor/ surgeon. While I am generally a live out landlord I occasionally return home at weekends (staying in the smaller 3rd bedroom). I am looking for a decent, mature, respectful housemate who will look after the house well while I’m away and I hope, get on with Cyril (who is all of these things)!

Bedroom 1: Double room (3.4 x 3.3m) offered for a minimum 3 months.

Bedroom 2: Large double room (4x3.7m) offered for minimum 3 months (TAKEN- but will become available this summer)

- Fully furnished including a matching new suite of modern oak wood furniture: double bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe, chest of drawers; a desk; tall bookshelf; mirror; bedside lamps and tall floor lamp; set of bedding (as pictured.)

Also included:
- Shared use of living/ dining room
- Large upstairs bathroom with shower and bath
- High speed broadband
- Use of washing machine, tumble dryer
- Kitchen appliances incl microwave, toaster, kettle, etc
- Reasonable sized, lawned back garden

Rent includes all bills: council tax, gas, elec, water, broadband. Deposit is 1 month rent.

This house is furnished with a mix of antique and new furniture and artwork (mostly originals and copies of a professional artist friend's work).
