Double room in friendly house share in Horfield

A double room is becoming available in our lovely houseshare by the end of February, beginning of March. The room will come furnished with double bed and built-in cupboards.

The house has a very comfy living room, a well equiped kitchen with washing mashine and one bathroom with electric shower. There is some storage space under the staircase an on the top floor landing. We also have a small, wild garden at the back of the house which is lovely in the summer and has two raised beds and a lot of pots for growing veg.
You will be sharing with Markus (30) and myself (34). Markus works as Admin for the NHS. He is planning to relocate and move in with his partner in a couple of months, too.
I work full time as a handweaver with people with learning difficulties north of Bristol. I'm also doing a part-time training to become a design-handweaver. Beside work and my course I enjoy cooking, cycling, walking, dancing (I do some contact impro dance) music, growing vegetables, meeting new people and making friends. I'm also in an essential buying group based in St Andrews and started to do climbing again. I've been living in Bristol for 2 years now and I really like it here :).
I'm very sociable and like cooking with others or sharing meals (I'm vegetarian), chatting or ... well generally open for anything really :). However, I'm also content being on my own or out and about and respectful of others private space/time and well busy at times.

We are looking for a sociable, considerate and reasonably clean person 27+ who wants to contribute towards making the house a home.

Rent is £365 + bills (currently £76.10). We have a privat landlord, however an agency fee will become due for reference checks. Also a deposit (£375)will be payable.
