Spacious Double Room in Quiet Home

I have a good sized double room to let in our lovely 3-bed home. It has a large built-in wardrobe, is light, airy and benefits from the evening sun. You will generally get sole use of the bathroom as I have an en-suite.

This is somewhere you can get some space, peace, quiet and some good company in a relaxed home.

I’m 44-year-old years old (counsellor and also work for a local charity) and my 8-year-old son lives here 50% of the time; he's really easy going. We also have a cat.

I’m a warm and sociable person and like to connect with people and nature. I have a busy day to day life and like some head space when I get down time, so keep the house calm and family orientated. Someone who is in party mode, or wants a lot of friends round wouldn't work.

Based just off Gloucester Road right near bus route into town, 45 minute walk to town, or 15 minute cycle. Close to UWE, Southmead Hospital and Filton. Local bars and restaurants on Gloucester Road.
