The bedroom is furnished with a new double bed, extra large double wardrobes, two bedside cabinets, optional single leather chair, tv coax in wall. Ensuite includes a large enclosed glass shower inc power shower, WC and large wash hand basin.

The property is a three-storey house with fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, every room has an en-suite, a spare room with a study desk, large ground floor WC, lots of storage. It also has a well-maintained garden, which is great for relaxing or enjoying barbecues. Partners/friends/family are always welcome to stay over anytime.

Large kitchen includes an 8 hob gas cooker, 2 ovens, washing/drying machine, dishwasher and a custom built arcade machine which plays over 2000 classic arcade games!

Includes a large secure garage, ideal for storing bikes etc and an allocated off-street parking space in front of the garage.

You will share the house with two very clean, non-smoking male professionals who are also seeking a similar professional person, all nationalities welcome.

The rent is £365 per month to our letting agent which is Bristol Residential Letting in Clifton. They have been really helpful and voted one of the best letting agents in Bristol.

With all bills included it comes to between £450-£475 per calendar month. This includes (water, gas, electricity, council tax, high-speed wireless broadband internet, tv licence, household items such as washing up liquid, toilet rolls, kitchen towels and cleaning products etc).

We have a house account which we all pay in £495 every month and any money left over gets split between us every 6 months. Full access to the house bank account is provided once you move in. This has worked really well for the past 2+ years we've lived here.

12 months fixed term in a Joint Tenancy Agreement, £472 deposit and £75 agency fee will apply (this will cover references, admin fees and credit checks), once you move in your agency fee will be reimbursed. So no agency fees!! Sorry No students, professionals only.
