Single Room For Rent

One bigger then single room (£95 per week) to rent in 4 bedroom house in a quite village in Kenn near Clevedon. The room has a larger then single bed, is large, light and airy. Joint use of WC, Large kitchen, garden and dining room.

Would only like females please. Would prefer quiet and respectful housemates to share my home with. I am a smoker but only smoke outside, so all housemates MUST smoke outside and not indoors. You will need to be clean and tidy and respect my privacy.

MUST LIKE DOGS AND CATS AS I SHARE MY HOME WITH 3 CATS AND ONE LABRADOR. CATS ARE LIVE IN CATS AND DO NOT GO OUTSIDE. THEREFORE POTENTIAL HOUSEMATES MUST BE MINDFUL OF THIS WHEN LEAVING THE PROPERTY. THE DOG IS ONLY ALLOWED IN THE KITCHEN AND NOT IN ANY OTHER PART OF THE HOUSE.

There is a bus stop right outside the property. The house has WIFI throughout. The property also has a large driveway for housemates who own a car.

Rent includes all the bills.
