Double Bedroom

Hi I live in a two bedroom flat with one room available to rent in Keynsham, where the old cadburys factory used to stand. Looking for a young professional for a minimum of 3 months maximum of 6 but can be reviewed if necessary.

Would suit a person in full-time employment or a full-time student. Bills and Council Tax included. Shared use of kitchen/living room, washing machine. Bike storage in shared bike shed – lock required and parking but it’s on a first come first serve basis although there is x6 visitor spaces which are more or less always free.

On Bristol/Bath bus route:
A4 (airport bus) a short walk and X39 5/10 minutes walk away. Keynsham is a convenient town with two supermarkets, leisure centre, gym and a high street full of shops, pubs and restaurants.

The Flat
I live in the flat and work full time as a graphic designer during the week. I am looking for a young professional. The flat is always kept clean and tidy.

Double Room £600
Double bed, chest of drawers, under bed storage, shelves can be added to the room along with a desk to work from home if needed. Shared use of bathroom. You can make it your own while you are here.
