House share with professional - Double Room

Hi I’m James the live in landlord at the house. I’m 31 and PE Teacher so generally work quite long hours so when I am home I enjoy socialising and being able to relax.

The property is a 3 bed terraced house in Keynsham. The house has a new bathroom, spacious open plan kitchen and living area along with a conservatory. There is also a small garden . Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher , WiFi and Virgin TV are included. Once COVID has gone I also have a cleaner who comes in fortnightly. The room is a double room that is fully furnished, there is hanging space and under bed storage. The third bedroom is a smaller box room which can be used for storage, chest of drawers and more hanging space. The house is about 10 minute walk to the High Street and Train Station.

I would normally be happy to invite interested potential housemates around for a cup of tea and a chat, however with the pandemic I could do a video call initially to give a tour of the house and have a general chat.
