Large 3 bedroom semi detached house in Keynhsam Somerdale site. The house is situated only minutes away from the train station and high street.

Large bedroom with en-suite and built in wardrobes.
The house is a three storey town house with the en-suite at the top of the house with a door to the third floor (picture of stairs with all the seaside photos on the wall leads to the room for rent)

I live with my three year old daughter, who I have 4 days on 4 days off and if she is not with me she will be at nursery.

The house is spacious with a toilet on the ground floor, a bathroom on the middle floor and the en-suite in the room for rent.
There is a garage for storage and although I will use the car parking space in front of the garage, there is off street parking outside the house.
Somerdale is a beautiful location with its own cafe, restaurant, sports bar and gym.

I work shift work which is a mixture of days and lates.

I am looking for someone clean, friendly and easy going, someone who is welcome to use all of the house but also enjoys their own space.

Im looking to rent the room on 1st of September but am flexible.
