I have a light/airy basement room in a house in Keynsham that I am looking to let on a Monday to Friday basis, although Sunday night is included after 6pm.
The room is mostly self contained, other than needing to use the main bathroom for showering. It has a good quality sofa bed, making the room into a living space when wanted. It has an en suite toilet and sink. There is tea & coffee making facility and a microwave and fridge/ freezer and small sink area.
The room has patio doors leading to patio and garden for your exclusive use.
The train station, with easy access to Bristol and Bath, is a 12 minute walk away. There are also regular bus services. Bills are included.
I am easy going and approachable.
