Double room in Modern 2 Bed house

Double room soon to become available in late September (due to my current housemate starting her PhD in Leicester) in a modern 2 bedroomed house in a quiet road in Kingswood. This house is 7 years old and built by the previous owner. My parent's own the property for myself, my dog and a lodger to live in and will be our landlords. This amazing property boasts gorgeous views across towards South Gloucestershire. One parking space available at the property but there is ample free parking on the street day and night. Going down the steps to the property to the terraced back garden and a low fence for the view. The house has a downstairs bathroom and lots of storage cupboards with a spacious shared lounge and a kitchen/diner. The kitchen (with under floor heating!) has built in appliances including fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a tumble dryer and an extra freezer under the kitchen window. The kitchen looks into a small concrete area with a white wall which I plan to place a small pot garden with lights to make a lovely outdoor space. Upstairs are the two double bedrooms (both of equal size) and a lovely sized 4 piece bathroom with a bath and a shower cubicle. The bedroom will come with basic furniture and you are welcome to make it your own (no painting the walls I'm afraid). Bills are fully included with wifi and council tax and if you like dogs it is a major bonus. The property itself is not far from the Ring Road where you can get to the majority of Bristol and Asda is not far away. A short walk away is Two Mile Hill and Kingswood High Street where there is plenty of public transports and shops.

My name is Jess and I am a 24 year old nurse. I studied at University of Southampton and when I qualified as a nurse I worked in Cumbria and then moved back in with my parents in Telford. Our family roots are in Bristol and the majority of our extended family live maximum 30 minutes away from this property. I have a small welsh collie dog called Seren who lives with me. She is the most adorable creature (might be slightly biased) and every person she meets falls in love with her. Due to my irregular work schedule and long shift hours, there will possibly be a dog walker coming in to take Seren out whilst I am at work. The other person who will have access to the property is my boyfriend who stays on a regular basis. He is a very considerate houseguest who also went to university so has experience of living with a mix of people. I absolutely love to cook and must have variety in my meals each week, no two days will I eat the same dinner in a row. I also love to cook for people and will happily share meals in front of the tv watching a series in Netflix. I am a social being but also understand the importance of having your own space and friends so I'm sure we will both be out and about. I also understand the importance of communication between housemates with regards to work schedules etc. A simple Whatsapp to tell me your whereabouts every now and again is appreciated and I will ensure to do the same for you.
