Hi there. My name is Dec. I'm a 27 year old Ecommerce Manager living in a cosy house in Kingswood, with a spare bedroom available.

The house has a kitchen (with gas cooker, dishwasher, washer/dryer), lounge (with smart tv, Netflix etc), dining room and shared bathroom (this is being renovated - photo is how it used to look!). There's also a fairly private garden with grass and a seating area, lovely for sitting out with a beer or doing some sunbathing.

The room is about 10’ x 15’ and includes a double bed, desk and chair, two sets of drawers, some shelves and a clothes rail. The price includes all bills, wifi, council tax etc. There is parking on the street and there’s always somewhere to park just around the corner when it gets a little busier.

There's a park two roads away which you can cycle through to reach the Bristol - Bath railway path which would get you into town in about 20 mins. Buses to town take about 40 mins and driving takes 15 mins.

In terms of shops, there's a Co-op around the corner which is open fairly late, a Morrison's nearby in Fishponds, and King's Chase (Sainsburys, Argos, Wilko etc) is a 15 min walk.

I consider myself to be a pretty friendly, sociable and considerate person and I'm looking for the same in a housemate. I like to cook, play music, board games, pottery (although I'm on a little hiatus at the mo), watch films, go to the pub for a pint etc. I also value quiet time and my own space as a means to recharge.
