Large Bright Double Room

I have a large double bedroom in my 3 bedroom house. Semi detached with a porch. The room has huge amount of store built in, new double glazed windows, brand new carpet. Shared bathroom and a second toilet downstairs. Living one other myself.

Lots of storage both in the room and in 2 double garages.
There's two gardens, large 11 meter lounge (Crossing 3 big rooms) log burner, large sofa, large glass doors opening onto a raised decking area.
Garden, patio, parking on the street, lots of space, Very quiet area, 15 mins into town. Close to bus stops and High Street.

All bills include utilities, I have fast fibre optic internet, virgin TV.

2 fridges, spare office room when required, laundry room under the house.

I have 2 small sausage dogs, very sweet and chilled.

I've share previously with roommates from this site before, one lady for 2 years and another for 4 years.
So I'd rather wait to find a good match and not rush.

I'm pretty easy to get on with and laid back, it's not a party house. Would be nice to do social things, moive night, cocktails, together but I do enjoy my own space.

The house has amazing views out across Bristol and Wales.

Would like to live with a female professional. Aged late 20s and up. Thank you
