Cosy Double Room

Looking for a fellow neurodivergent person to make a house share of four people in Kingswood from June (flexible). Rent is £487 + £163 bills fixed (£650 total) with communal cleaning products included. Council tax band B, DSS accepted, no pets as we already have two lovely cats!

We have a nice big garden with fairy lights and a fire pit, a dryer as well as a drying racks next to a big radiator, and a shower with great water pressure. The house has an energy-D rating so our bills are high, but the house is always kept warm and cosy. It is an organised house and I do the communal area cleaning to keep things tidy. I’m currently working on turning the conservatory into a living room with a sofa and TV :)

This is a creative and nerdy household, interests including creative writing, music, dnd, art, and we value open/direct communication and make accommodations for neurodivergence and disability whenever possible. We enjoy a calm household so we are looking for someone who benefits from a quiet environment without pressure to always socially interact.

We are 4 minutes from Magpie Bottom Nature Reserve, 5 minutes from the Kingswood Circomedia site, 10 minutes from Kings Chase Shopping Centre, and 30min from town via direct bus. We have extra storage in the attic and space for a bicycle.

The room is partially-furnished (without the bookshelf) with a view of our quite side street. The bed pulls out from a single into a king bed so you have flexibility on how to use the floor space.
