We are looking for another considerate, mature pleasant professional who wants to live in a place where they can enjoy relaxing in a lovely home and large flower garden.

This is a newly completely refurbished 3 bedroom house, sharing with 2 others. One person works long hours, and another stays at the house approximately 2 weeks of every month. The latter has a little dog and cat.

Household interests include: art, music, dancing, gardening, cooking and reading.

The helpful landlords live 5 minutes down the road.

This is not a late night party house but a calm place to come home to. Persistent heavy drinking and/or recreational drug taking is not appropriate and not acceptable here.

Available March/April 2024.

£625.00 including bills for very large double room/ double bed.

Deposit is 1 month’s rent, and pay one month ahead when moving in. Can use DPS if required.
