The property is a 2 Bed house situated very near the Kingswood high street with many shops and public transport options available. With a roughly 20-25 minute drive to Bristol Centre

1 Double room is available for a likeminded professional to rent with a Live-in Landlord. A certain level of tidiness is hoped for but nothing extreme.

Bills and high speed Internet are included within the rent. I'm hoping for someone that is sociable as well as respectful to my space as I sometimes work from home or just want some privacy. That said I do like to cook and eat with housemates or hangout but that's in no way required.

There is also a residents parking permit if needed.
