Chill house looking for a short-term housemate

Hello!

We are Sam and Seb, looking for a third housemate to fill our third bedroom for four months (tenancy ends 31st August). Our house is within 5 minute walking distance of Kings Chase shopping centre (Sainsbury's, Boots, WHSmith, Costa etc.) and a big Lidl, and it has pretty great bus links. Only a minute walk to 43/42/41 buses, which will take you straight into the centre, and a 5 minute walk to get the 19, which can get you to Frenchay Campus and Bristol Parkway (and Bath, the other way).

Our garden is a nice suntrap and we've got a good driveway fit for two cars. We split all bills equally between us (internet, contents insurance, council tax, gas, electricity and water).

We are looking for someone who is friendly, easy-going, is tidy and respects the space and our stuff.

A bit about us: I'm Sam. I've recently graduated from an MA course at UWE. I love writing, drawing and gaming, as well as going for walks and occasionally clubbing. I'm very chilled out and always happy to listen. Seb and I have known each other since we were 4!

Seb works just outside of Bristol during the week and is our resident driver. He's also a gamer like me and is really into his coffee and baking, alongside going on spontaneous little outings to hike and swim.
