Newly decorated and furnished. Shared use of two living rooms, large kitchen, large bathroom, second shower room, all mod-cons and garden. There is parking available in a cul de sac at the side of the property to which I have right of access - as good as off road parking.
On main bus route to Bristol centre No: 42, only one bus needed, door-to-door (30mins outside of the rush hour) and only 5mins walk to Kingswood centre.

Non-smokers only. Not even in the garden and no druggies/alcoholics - no tolerance

Must be liked by the dog and a sense of humour is essential.
This is a four bed property with 2 lodgers and me at present but with the 2 living rooms and 2 showers and working shifts we never feel crowded.
Free unlimited wireless internet access available.
Deposit £300 and rent £75 per week exclusive of bills. £15.50 per week is charged for bills. (Calendar monthly payment option at £392 inclusive plus deposit of £300 is available).
No benefit claimants, professionals only. If you are on a zero hour contract I will need to see 3 months of payslips and a current bank statement. Passport/photo ID will also be required and proof of 'right to stay' and I repeat - no smokers.
A license to occupy will be signed by the new lodger.
