I have 1x bedrooms (1 already taken) available in a large spacious house in Kingswood/Fishponds area. The house is fully furnished with separate living and dining room downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all white goods like washing machine/ fridge freezer and all the utensils. The house has a lovely garden which is fantastic in summer to enjoy barbeques.

The house is located in a very convenient location walking distance to local pubs, shops and restaurants and there is direct bus route to City Centre.

Both rooms are bright and airy with double beds, wardrobes and matching curtains. There is beautiful outside view from both of the rooms.

Rent is £425/month for single occupants extra £100 for couple which includes all the bills. (council tax, water, broadband, TV licence, gas, electric etc) and I would require £250 deposit which guarantees the room.
