Large double in 3bed house sharing with 1 +dogs

I have a large double room in my beautiful home in Knowle. Just off the Wells road.. (bs42ep) behind Broad Walk. A 5 minute walk to totterdown where there are some great pubs. On the bus route. Short walk to temple meads. There is a gym next door, a shopping centre behind. Cashpoints on the doorstep. A swimming pool round the corner. A park 100yards down the road. The only downfall is you’ll have to live with me and my three dogs. :)

YOU MUST:
• like dogs
• be in full time employment
• need to move in ASAP
• not be a massive party animal.
• be tidy and respectful

The house is big. 3 bedrooms, huge lounge diner. Large kitchen and a reasonably sized garden. There is also an outhouse with a decent amount of storage and a brand new washing machine. Parking is free. There is WiFi/sky tv. I work at my studio 5/6 days a week and I take the dogs with me as much as I can. Ideally looking for someone long term but might accept a short term.

£675 all bill included. 1month deposit required.

The bedroom is about 4x4m (maybe bigger) and bright and airy at the back of the house. I have photos. There is a nice sized garden, great in the summer and gets the sun most of the day.

I am a full time artist. Like I said I have a studio and I tend to take my dogs with me most days depending on what I have on.

Ideally looking for someone who loves dogs.. (their happiness is more important than mine when it comes to finding the right person as they are all rescues) someone who works full time (will need to see some references of some kind) someone looking for a home rather than just a room. The house is well looked after. I like to keep it clean and tidy. There are a few great pubs locally that have quizzes and live bands most weeks.. I’m quite a sociable person, like to cook, have a glass of wine on an evening. Just looking for someone who is similar and laid back.
