The large bedroom on offer has a big built-in wardrobe/cupboard space, desk, chair and a TV. It is bright, airy and warm in winter. FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY (occasional visitors with their own address welcome though!).
Communal areas professionally cleaned monthly.
Parking is available and there's a garden for shared use.
Landlady lives in annex next door.
There is a large comfy living room with TV, well-equipped kitchen and DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM, with bath and shower.
All bills included.
This is a 'no meat' household so would particularly suit a veggie/vegan. You will also need to be working, clean, considerate, a good communicator and sensitive to the needs of others living here. Experience of living in a shared household an advantage.
In addition to the deposit, 4 weeks' rent in advance is needed to secure room.
