Loft room with en suite and great views close to c

I'm looking for a Monday to Friday, up to five nights. letting of the loft room in my house. A professional person who works in or around Bristol. I don't mind Sunday evening arrivals.
The space has a contemporary look with a compact well designed on suite comprising of a shower toilet and wash basin. There is a desk area too.
Due to the angles of the ceilings the bed is a double futon type but still comfortable. It would probably not suit a larger or very tall person. However I'm 6ft and it all works well for me. There are a set of drawers and a moveable clothes hanger. Bedding and towels can be provided
The kitchen area is available for use as is the garage if you need to store a bicycle.
Theres plenty of free on street parking and its only a 25 minute walk to the city centre or 20 minutes to Temple Meads. There are also plenty of buses into the centre 2 minutes walk away.
The property faces a park so there are great views from the loft windows. It is a quiet family orientated neighbourhood. I live in the house full time and my son stays for half the week.
