Double room in spacious house

We are looking for another female to join our household! We have a large double room to let in a quiet, spacious house.

The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and draws and is sharing a larger bathroom with one other person.

THE PROPERTY
The property is really spacious with a huge kitchen, lots of cupboard space, large lounge-diner, large conservatory and good sized garden..

Comes equipped with a double fridge and freezer (so you'll get at least a whole shelf and draw), dishwasher and washing machine.

AMENITIES
Multiple bus stops a couple minutes walk away which cover most of the city. Tesco extra, ALDI and Lidl nearby. There is a voi car park and corner shop (with post office and cash point) 50m from the house,

It's really quiet at night, but easy to quickly get into town, and pubs a 15min walk away. It's a 10 minute bus ride into the centre of town. 30 minute walk to Bristol Temple Meads. 25-40 min drive to Bath (depending on traffic).

CURRENT HOUSEHOLD
We are 2 girls, a guy and a very adorable cockapoo living here - a hair dresser, engineer and finance manager.

Myself and Matt are a couple and our main interests are walks, eating, wine and traveling.

Whilst Zoe like nights out, festivals, walks and animals.

We all love a festival and a party but we tend to not bring it home and like it to be a wholesome house so would be looking for someone that wants the same.. This house is great for you if you like to live somewhere that is quiet, clean and homely. We are happy to socialise as a house, but also respect each others downtime.. I’m the live in landlord so it is great if you want a house that is well looked after and has more of a homely feel.

We are looking for a house mate that is friendly, tidy, clean and respects other people.

Room doesnt incl bills, bills have been ~£100-130 a month over winter and more like £80-100 in summer.
