Large open plan fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs and sofa for relaxing. The front room is spacious and ideal for chilling and watching TV.

The property has an upstairs bathroom with a shower over bath.

It also benefits from an enclosed rear garden with rattan sofas and table with chairs for alfresco dining.

The property has an adorable Golden Retriever so all household members must be keen dog lovers.

The house is currently a mix of two females and one male and all are working professionals.

The property is in a lovely friendly local community, including a local residents' WhatsApp group. It is within walking distance to local shops at Broadwalk Shopping Centre, Jubilee swimming pool and gym, Paintworks, Redcatch Community Park & Garden, cafes, bars and local parks.
