Double Fully Furnished Room - Totterdown

I have a cosy and furnished double bedroom with period features to rent from 1st April.

I'm looking for a clean and tidy animal loving professional housemate ( I regularly have dogs visiting and have a cat). ideally Mon - Fri but for the right person I will also consider full time.

The house is quiet and peaceful and backs onto Arnos Vale cemetery. All bills are included (including Netflix, broadband, and tv licence)..

(Cleaning and cooking are not included so if you are someone who is adverse to cleaning up after yourself or cooking for yourself, this isn’t the house for you. I would however be happy to discuss getting in a cleaner and sharing the cost.)

The house is a spacious terrace, on a family friendly and quiet road close to shops, local amenities and the bus stop to the city centre is at the end of my road. . Temple Meads is a 10 mins walk and the city centre is within walking distance 20 mins.

The house consists of kitchen, dining room, lounge, downstairs bathroom, two double bedrooms, a loft conversion, and a small courtyard garden great for barbecues.

I'm offering a cosy and sunny double bedroom from April 2024.

Also living in the house is my cat, Pops. I currently work from home, and offer dog sitting when I'm around too.
