Sunny, furnished double room, all Inc. Mon-Fri OK

My name is James and I am a I live in landlord. I will have a double, sunny and fully furnished room available around end of April time. This includes a bed, mattress, fitted triple+ wardrobe, dresser and drawer unit. The room is advertised as 7 day weeks, but I am open to Mon-Fri lets and can discuss price if this is of interest.

This is my main residence and I currently share with another housemate (Fai). I work full time as a Management Accountant at the BRI. I have been there for 8.5 years and currently work a hybrid of home/office days. Fai is in her second year at uni and works part time at McDonald's.

The house is pretty relaxed and quiet. We have social time in the kitchen, but we do enjoy our separate spaces when we both need our own time. We both enjoy cooking, games, TV etc and get the occasional take out. There isn't a shared living room, however this doesn't mean we isolate ourselves and I do enjoy movie nights/game nights.

The kitchen comes very well equipped, and includes two double ovens, a 5 ring hob, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard space. I also have an extending table. The kitchen/dining area is quite large and has been ideal for hosting get togethers etc.

There is bt fibre broadband. Off street parking. Garage space and a sunny rear garden.

The house has gas central heating. There is one bathroom which has a shower over the bath.

The house is on the border of knowle west and knowle park.
I am close to the 73 bus stop and a ten minute walk to broadwalk shopping centre.

I am looking at the 550-600 mark for rent, which is inclusive of all bills. I also include various household consumables within this. Council Tax Band B.

I have rented rooms here for over ten years and all I ask is that you're trustworthy, respectful and kind. I have two children (9 and 12) who stay with me a couple of times per month and an adult son (19) who stays occasionally. I have converted my smaller bedroom into a room for them/office space.

I have a mixture of interests and hobbies, though always enjoy things sport themed especially rugby and football. I am a gym member and try to keep as active as I can/able to. I am also a rugby coach. I consider myself to be open minded and non-judgmental.
