Double furnished room in Langford,

Hello,

We have a furnished double room for rent in our 4 bed house in Langford available from June, it has a built in wardrobe and views over a field with horses.

The price includes all bills and is £450 per month

There are two of use in the house, my self and my partner Katya we are in our 30's working, we are artists and creatives in our spare time ( wishing it was the other way around!)

The cottage has a large sitting and lounge area with another located in the kitchen for the social time of cooking. their are 2 bathrooms one up stairs and the other on the ground floor so no waiting.
We have been renovating for the last year, with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms. The house is lovely and warm in the winter and has a wood burning stove in the lounge for extra snuggle warmth in the winter months :)

The house comes with 2 special dogs, Tonic and Soco (we are biased.....) and 5 chickens, Happy, Harry, Cannon, Carmel and Tango so you can help yourself to fresh eggs. There is room for your own vegetable patch if you have green fingers down with our bee hives and off road parking on the drive.

The house is a field away from the vet school and none smoking with a one month rolling contract and one months rent deposit required please.
