Stylish double bedroom, almost separate from the main house above (where I live), with access to a utility area where there is your own fridge, sink, kettle, hob and combination oven/microwave. The washing machine and dryer are available; we share this.
Views across the lovely garden and out onto the wonderful views of Charlcombe Valley. You are welcome in the garden if you want. Close to both the country and city (twenty-five-minute walk into the centre and a 10-minute bus ride). Best of both worlds! Good access to M4. The bus stop is a one-minute walk, number 6 into Bath. Parking is available on the road with no restrictions. This is a very safe residential area.
Very good access to the Sion Road annexe of Bath Spa University and the Royal United Hospital is not far by car.
This room would suit someone who has a home somewhere else but works in Bath or a quiet studious type. Ideal for a student doing an MA or PhD or someone who works in Bath.
