For rent is a great spacious and light, unfurnished double bedroom in a large 3 bedroom top floor flat sharing with two others. Available from Sunday 5th May.

Our housemate Joe has bought a house! So we are looking for a new flatmate to share this great flat with.
You would be living with Jess, a freelance editor and Alice, a freelance theatre producer. We both work in and around Bristol. We have lots of things that keep us out of the flat but equally we do enjoy spending time relaxing in the flat, cooking or just generally socialising.

The flat has a large shared living room, kitchen and bathroom with a communal garage to the back of the flat as well as amazing views out over the city.

Location wise you couldn’t get much better with just a short walk into Clifton Village over the suspension bridge or an equally short walk up to Ashton Court. The summer months are definitely prime time to be in Leigh Woods and we always get the most snow in the winter! Parking is not restricted around Leigh Woods either so there is no problem finding a parking space.

Ideally we are looking for a professional aged between 25 and 33 to join us.

The rent for the flat is £415 per month payable to Sarah Kenny with bills (Utilities, Council Tax, TV License & Internet) coming to about £130 per month per person which we sort out between us.

The deposit is £461 and Sarah Kenny will charge a one off Agency Fee of £225 (outrageous we know!!)
