Double bedroom in a rural house

A double room in a lovely farmhouse situated on the escarpment in the southern Cotswolds. The farm is in a very peaceful location outside the village of Little Sodbury, just 3 miles from J18 on the M4. We have an EV charging point (electricity for this is an extra charge). A car is a must as there are no public transport links here and we are rural.

The room is fully furnished in the eves above the kitchen with its own staircase and separate from the main part of the house. The kitchen is a shared space. There is ample parking and space for bikes. Your loo and shower room is downstairs and has a shared utility within it. We are a family with 4 children (aged 6-13) and very used to having lodgers.

We are friendly and love a good chat but have busy lives so would suit someone who lives fairly independently. We also have our next door neighbours dog around a lot who’s very sweet.

The nearest towns are Chipping Sodbury (8 mins drive), Yate (10 mins) and Tetbury (15 mins) where there are plenty of supermarkets, gyms, cinema, shops, doctors and a minor injury unit. We are 25 minutes from Bristol and Bath.
