In the private and highly sought new development of Locking Parklands a double room is available in my new house.
The room is newly furnished and has a brand new 50 inches tv set.
Room has access to its own bathroom with bathtub to be used by tenant exclusively.
Everything in the kitchen is new all appliances in mint condition. High speed fiber optics broadband with WiFi coverage.
One private parking space in an area with camera surveillance and proper street lights is also included.
A storage room converted into wardrobe is also part of this package.

All bills included, the room is strictly for single occupancy only for a high skilled professional with proven references from previous landlords and from present workplace.
The deposit is the equivalent of one month rent, 3 months of minimum stay and one month notice period required before leaving.

I am open to discuss about weekly tenancy as well.

The property is 5 minutes drive to M5's junction 21 and offers immediate access to A371 through Parklands main access road. About 5 minutes drive to major shops Aldi, M&S, Morrison's and Lidl. About 10 minutes drive to Weston's Super Mare seafront.
Bus service 7 connects Parklands with Weston's center and Worle bus terminal with a 30 to 60 minutes cadence.

I am available for views in weekend days and on M-F only during mornings.
