Lovely double room with built-in cupboard space. Access to own toilet/shower room in a maisonette above the library in Long Ashton.

Close to local amenities; dentist, doctors, local shops, bus stop all within less than 5 minute walking distance. If driving it's less than 8 mins to City Centre and the bus takes around 15-20mins depending on traffic!

I currently have a 2 year old daughter who is very well behaved (she sleeps through the night so no disturbances!) and has her own room up stairs. There is a shared living area (toys in toy chests!) and kitchen with plenty of cupboard space.

I would be looking for someone who is tolerant of young children and is tidy. This is a family home and I want to keep it that way so ideally not someone who is going to come and go at all times of the day and night!
We are often out and about over the weekends and out at work/nursery during the days so if you work shifts, you'll have lots space!

Short term rental is also fine.

No couples. No DSS.
