Good sized double room with parking

A large double bedroom in my 4 bedroom house in a quiet cul-de-sac location. The downstairs is all open plan with a new kitchen and doors out onto a patio and the garden, the garden backs onto a large field so we are not overlooked also making it quiet and private. I have a driveway with room for parking your car. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and everything you need to make most things!

Longwell Green is on a bus route to get into Bristol and Bath. There’s also a train station in Keynsham (5 mins away) with trains running direct to Bristol, Bath, Bradford on Avon. It’s incredibly handy for London too as you change at Bath.

I’m also a couple of minutes ride from the Bristol to Bath cycle path if you’d prefer to cycle places or it just makes for a nice weekend cycle or walk. Talking of walks, there’s plenty on the doorstep in some beautiful countryside with some great pubs.
The room can be rented with or without furniture, just let me know what suits you and I have room in the garage and loft if you need to store anything. I only have one bathroom so we would share that but it’s quite big and I have room in there for you to store your smellies. The room is a good size and has lots of natural light, it’s overlooks the back garden so you’ll have loads of privacy as my garden backs onto a field.

The area is very quiet and in a desirable area of Longwell Green, there is a community feel plus some nosey neighbours - but this isn’t such a bad thing as we all know each other.

My expectations of you: to be tidy and clean up after yourself - I was a student and don’t fancy living that life again! The house and room would suit a professional who wants to live in a nice house and environment. If you’re a hockey player or swimming we’ll get on brilliantly as they are my favourite pastimes.

A bit about me: I’m a bit of a clean freak, just be warned! I enjoy spending time in the garden I have quite a wide group of friends who live locally so you’ll find us sharing a glass of wine or two occasionally and you’d be more than welcome to join us. I like keeping fit and eating healthily. If you’re like to know anything else just ask.
