Double room for a female

Hi there,

I'm a live-in landlord and have a garden facing double room available to let.

Room is fully furnished with a sofa-bed (with storage), chest of drawers and a double wardrobe provided. Optional bookcase. There's shared kitchen, dining room and garden. There's a space for a car on the driveway, if needed, and a space for a bike in a shed.

House is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, with sports centre, cinema, places to eat etc all nearby. There's good bus connection to Bristol and Bath and ring road is a couple of minutes away. Plenty of pleasant walking routes nearby, for example Willsbridge Mill or Kelston Roundhill.

I'm a finance professional, working from home with some days in the office. My 7yo lives with me most of the time. I like healthy lifestyle, walking, reading, some running etc.

I'm looking for someone who is a non-smoker, clean and considerate to others and who doesn't work night shifts (as I WFH and often in meetings). Generally looking for someone who will fit in with our lifestyle and likewise to create a pleasant living environment!
