This modern Double room is on the 1st floor of a light and spacious 3 bedroom house designed for working professionals Monday-Friday. Occasional Weekend stays can be discussed and arranged with potential extra fee's. The newly decorated bathroom will be shared only with 1 other lodger ( currently unoccupied). There is also the use of a down stairs bathroom. The household is a non smoking household with no pets and is generally quiet. I am more than happy for you to leave belongings over the weekend.

The location is ideal for UWE, Bristol Business Park and MOD Abbeywood. There are excellent bus, road and rail links making it accessible to many of the major employers in the area Easy access to Ring
Road, M32, M4,, M5 and direct access to Metrobus M1, M3 and M4 routes to City Centre, Parkway Station and Cribbs Causeway.

I live in the property but will be away some nights working as an electrician. This means you will have most of the house to yourself to relax and unwind after a days work. There will be a cleaner coming once a week just to freshen the place up. Access to kitchen, washing machine and small garden. There is 2 parking spaces on the drive. Bills and Wi-Fi included .

I don't have access to my phone during work hours so my email is the best way to get in touch. My house keeper is happy to act on my behalf or pass on a message.
