The room

We have a room available in our home in Mangotsfield. Our lodger Is hoping to relocate, freeing up the room for someone new.

We’re ideally after a female lodger.

Our house offers a warm, cosy, homely environment which you may not find in an ordinary house share. We're after a lodger in our home, someone who isn't a stranger and feels comfortable around us and our two little cats (they're gorgeous and super friendly).

The room is a lovely newly decorated double room with new carpets situated on the top floor of a modern Victorian house in Mangotsfield.

The room comes with:

A double bed
Bedside table
Drawers
Wardrobe
TV.

The room is clean and quiet and benefits from the use of your own private wet room. Enjoy your own privacy by having the best part of your own floor.

There is plenty of on-street parking in a friendly neighbourhood and our house has all the amenities you would hope for including: fast wifi, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house is situated close to bus and cycle routes into the centre and shops, supermarkets, gym, leisure centre, swimming pool and cinema are a short drive away. Access into and out of Bristol via the M4 / M5 and M32 are easily and quickly accessed.

The room is available now but we’re in no rush, unless it’s the right fit.
