A large spacious 8 bed house in a great area that has been passed between friends for over 7 years.
Situated in an excellent location on York Road in Montpelier, close to Stokes Croft and Gloucester Road and the M32.
We are a welcoming group of young professionals all aged around 23 to 34, ranging from Computer Scientists, Musicians, Marketing and hospitality.
We are looking a new friendly house mates (not students) to join the group, who will do their fair share of the looking after our home; from taking out the bins, cleaning, the occasional meal, and joining us for a cheeky drink or two!
The house is over 4 floors, and included in the house is a large living, two kitchens, 3-tierd garden, bike storage space, washing machine, large fridge/freezer and much more!
The landlord is very easy going and approachable and within reason he allows us to decorate the house/rooms however we feel, there are also no agency fees!
The rent is £420 a month, and £60 a month for the bills, the contract will be for 6 months, but extremely likely about extending this further.
The rooms available comes partly furnished, is south facing at the back of the house over looking the garden and has an amazing view of Bristol!
